How do you collect my information?

We collect your information where you (or someone on your behalf) submit forms to us, make an enquiry on our website or correspond with us by telephone or email.

We may also receive information from third parties, for example, where you have been introduced to us by another company or from credit reference agencies.

 

How do you use my information?

We will use your information where we have a legal or regulatory obligation, to fulfill or enter into a contract with you, to protect your vital interests, for our legitimate interests (where this does not affect your rights) and/ or where we have your consent.

We will use the information to provide you with a loan, employment contract or to conduct a business relationship with you.

Where you have given us specific permission and we send you information about our products and services you can tell us to stop at any time.

 

How long do you keep my information?

Whilst you continue to be our customer or you have a relationship with us, we will keep a record of your personal information normally for at least six years starting from the date when we are no longer providing you with a product, service or contract, or where the relationship ends. This is to ensure that we provide you with the best possible product or service and where we are required to keep your personal information to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We will keep a record of telephone calls for at least six years from the date the call was made.

After this time, we will delete the information or save it in a way that you cannot be identified from it.

 

Who do you share my information with?

We will only share your information with our suppliers or business partners in order to provide the product, service or contract to you. Where we do this, we have appropriate contracts or agreements in place to ensure that they also protect your information.

We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
