Providing finance for redevelopment ventures

A customer based in the North West asked us if we could help to finance his purchases at auction. He hoped to renovate & extend the properties in question so that they could be sold or put on the rental market quickly.

By working closely with the customer, we were able to understand his needs, finance the projects in a timely manner and secure the properties he wanted to purchase at auction.

How We Helped: Ensuring a Quick Turnaround

We were able to fund at least 70% of the purchase price for most projects (sometimes 100% of the purchase price), so our customer went to auction safe in the knowledge that he had the majority of the funds in place to purchase the properties he needed. Our nominated surveyor and specialist solicitor were also able to work at the pace required to secure the properties in question.

Our customer appreciated how quickly and efficiently we worked to meet his needs, and due to this and our timely response rate, he managed to secure the properties he needed to complete his property venture(s).

After working with him on several projects, we are now able to release funds to him within just 1-2 working days, meaning that he can take on new projects as and when he plans to.

We have now worked with this customer in more than 30 different transactions, establishing a great working relationship that allows us to finance his development and redevelopment projects in a quick and efficient manner.
