    The custom-build process begins with purchasing a fully-serviced plot of land from a custom-build developer, before working closely with an architect (or just by yourself) to design a floor plan and a model sketch of your dream home.

    You can actively participate in the build project – as much or as little as you like – so you get more control over your final home. You can work closely with an architect to design your home from scratch and then leave the build to the developer, or you can pick up the tools and get involved.
